You’ve probably noticed that I’ve updated the design of this website. Hopefully for the better.
The new portfolio page features a more dynamic view and easy access to my portfolio images. And the client area is completely new, featuring a more modern experience and more functionality in ordering prints.
If you have any troubles navigating the site or find anything that doesn’t work right, please send me a quick note so I can fix it.
Pixoto is a web service that allows photographers to present their best work for other photographers to vote on in a series of “image duels.” The top quality images float up as the winners advance and duels are arranged between progressively better and better images.
I’m happy to say that a couple of my favorite images scored well and survived enough duels to receive awards.
Abys is a friend’s Abyssinian cat and his picture scored in the top 5% of all pet images submitted in the month of April. He sure was interested in my camera that day!
As a follow-up to my post about how I choose to price my photography work, I’d like to publish my 2012 print prices so that you can see how the idea works in practice.
These are my print prices for the first print of any given pose. The largest size of that pose sets the price for that first print.
